The Upstate California Creative Corps offers artists - and organizations and local government departments hoping to employ artists - an opportunity to apply for funding to create awareness around issues critical to society. Over $3 million will be re-granted to artists in the Upstate California region, arts and social service organizations, as well as units of government who will employ artists.
